Seattle—The Authentication and Online Trust Alliance will introduce an e-mail deliverability educational program called Email Deliverability and Trust Academy. The program, which will debut at the AOTA Summit June 4-6 here, was developed in conjunction with the Direct Marketing Association’s Email Experience Council. It will enable participants to learn best practices in online trust and will address e-mail marketing privacy issues, opt-in practices and authentication standards.
