Indianapolis—Marketing software and services company Aprimo Inc. has released a new version of its Aprimo Relationship Manager with an enhanced user interface, a digital messaging feature and new social network segmentation.
The Aprimo Relationship Manager
includes a new Reporting Workbench with data visualization tools that include geography and heat maps as well as point-and-click reporting. The ability to perform segmentation in Oracle and remote Teradata systems has also been added.
Another new feature is Social Adapter, which enables marketers to target communications based on data from social networks. The tool captures customer preferences and other information from Facebook and automatically integrates those with existing cross-channel data, according to Aprimo.
