aQuantive to acquire SBI Razorfish

Seattle—aQuantive has signed an agreement to acquire interactive agency SBI Razorfish for $160 million. aQuantive, which owns interactive agencies Avenue A and i-Frontier, will expand its Web marketing services through the acquisition.

SBI Razorfish provides digital marketing services including Web site development, intranets, e-commerce and Web site analytics.

The deal includes $85 million in cash and $75 million in convertible notes. The transaction is expected to close in July.
