Published on .

Chicago—Aquent, a creative services, IT and health care staffing company, on Monday announced it has acquired Corporate Project Resources Inc. (CPRi), which supplies interim marketing staffing to Fortune 500 companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Aquent and CPRi are perfect complements for one another," said John Chuang, CEO of Aquent, in a statement. "With CPRi, we will be able to provide clients with a greater breadth of marketing talent for their needs on an international basis."

CPRi will be renamed Aquent Marketing Staffing and will remain in Chicago; Sean Bisceglia, CEO of CPRi, will become president, reporting directly to Chuang.
