Arbitron makes executive appointments

New York—Media measurement company Arbitron announced that Owen Charlebois has been named president-operations, technology, research and development. He was previously president-U.S. media services. Pierre Bouvard was appointed president-sales and marketing, from president-Portable People Meters and international. Arbitron said the reorganization of responsibilities is designed to “speed the commercialization of the Portable People Meter audience measurement system.”
