ARF seeks to solve measurement issues

New York--The Advertising Research Foundation's Digital Media Measurement Council holds its first meeting Aug. 16. The council, which is made up of more than 20 companies specializing in measurement, research, online publishing and advertising, plans to release guidelines for online measurement this fall.
