Ariba, InterWorld sign global b-to-b marketing, tech deal

Mountain View, Calif.--Ariba and InterWorld Corp., New York, have signed a global marketing and technology pact aimed at b-to-b companies. The Ariba/InterWorld alliance will provide end-to-end e-procurement and sales software. Global marketing plans include a center at which the Ariba/InterWorld software will be touted and demonstrated for b-to-b customers. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
