San Jose, Calif.--Aspect Communications Corp., a provider of digital voice and data routing technology to telemarketing call centers, has formalized an alliance with Line4 Inc., a technology company that handles Web integration for call centers. The companies have worked together in the past; the new relationship will enable them to promote their products as a combined application that expedites call handling for marketers.
