Atlas DMT acquires search marketing company

Seattle--aQuantive's Atlas DMT, an ad serving technology company, Monday announced it has acquired Go Toast, a search marketing technology company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The move signals Atlas' entry into the growing search marketing services business.

"Demand for one solution that integrates all digital marketing data, including that generated by search marketing activities, has been No. 1 on our clients' wish list," said Brian McAndrews, president-CEO of aQuantive, in a statement.
