Attensity announces mobile text analysis feature

Palo Alto, Calif.—Text analytics company Attensity has rolled out new mobile features for its Analyze for Voice of the Customer solution, allowing companies to analyze customer sentiment, view dashboards and receive alerts on such mobile devices as Apple’s iPhone, Verizon’s Droid and Google’s Nexus One.

The solution provides conversation feedback across several channels, including e-mail, customer relationship management notes, surveys and social media. Alerts provide near real-time notice of potential crises, company issues or competitor products, according to Attensity.
