Attensity Group adds analysis tool for social media

Palo Alto, Calif.—Text analytics company Attensity Group has partnered with social-media monitoring company Radian6 Technologies to add social media monitoring, analysis and response tools to Attensity’s semantic analysis application suite.

Attensity said its new Attensity Cloud solution is the first to combine the monitoring of social media trends, influencers and sentiment with internal customer conversations in e-mail, surveys and customer relationship management systems.
