Attensity launches Web-based survey analytics solution

Palo Alto, Calif.—Text analytics company Attensity has introduced its new Survey Advantage service, which is designed to help companies analyze sentiment in customer feedback surveys.

In addition to allowing users to measure and chart customer satisfaction, loyalty and potential product or service issues expressed in surveys, Attensity Survey Advantage also allows quicker action to be taken on open-ended survey questions in order to tie them to such satisfaction and lead measurement tools as Net Promoter scores, according to the company.

Attensity said the Web-based product is priced beginning at $5,000 per month.
