Attensity rolls out social customer intelligence solution

Palo Alto, Calif.—Text analytics company Attensity Group has introduced a new product for finding and mining sentiment in customer conversations occurring in e-mails, Web forums, surveys, CRM notes and other sources.

The company’s on-demand Attensity Analyze for VoC Community Advantage converts the text of customer feedback into dashboards that reveal sentiment and trends, new product suggestions and issues with product quality, according to the company.

The product provides charts and graphs showing compliments, complaints, at-risk customers and intent-to-buy events. Entry price is $7,500 per month through September.
