Attensity updates voice-of-customer analytics product

Palo Alto, Calif.—Text analytics company Attensity Group has released an updated version of its text analytics product that enables more rapid analytics on large data sets.

Attensity Analyze 5.5's new Data Grid Platform enables text analytics to run up to 180 times faster than standard relational queries, allowing for quicker analysis and response, according to Attensity.

The product analyzes unstructured customer conversations in such channels as CRM notes, e-mails, social media, surveys and Web forums, and provides actionable insights for further marketing.
