AudienceScience taps Pullen as CEO

New York—AudienceScience, an online advertising technology company, announced that Jeff Pullen, a member of the company's board and formerly COO, has been named CEO. He will lead AudienceScience in tandem with President Jeff Hirsch, who formerly was CEO. The move is a strategic change and will allow Pullen to focus in part on mergers and acquisitions, according to AudienceScience. Last year, Pullen played a leading role in the company's acquisitions of wunderloop in Europe and Consorte Media, a U.S.-based Hispanic digital marketing company.
