Autonomy Interwoven offers analytics product upgrade

San Francisco—Web content management company Autonomy Interwoven has announced product upgrades to the company’s Meaning Based Marketing analytics platform. A new console, called Explore, provides marketers with an interface to the company’s analytics solutions, with connections to such customer touch points as social networks, contact centers and the Web to display patterns, trends and sentiment, according to the company. Among the product’s features is eTalk Qfiniti, which provides active “listening” across all customer interactions, with speech analytics of enterprise voice and chat interactions, Autonomy Interwoven said.
