New York--Apparently, b-to-b ad page growth is on a healthy trajectory. May 2000 ad pages jumped 11.74% from the year-earlier period, according to figures provided by the Business Information Network. Year-to-date ad pages rose 4.84%, with ad spending increasing by 12.34% year-to-date. The May numbers were led by surging growth in the finance, business and advertising segments, where ad pages skyrocketed 45.20%. The Business Information Network is a joint venture of the American Business Media and Competitive Media Reporting.
