New York--B-to-b companies took the top 10 spots in the annual Catalog Age 100 ranking of off- and online catalog marketers, based on revenue. Dell Computer Corp. came in first, with sales of $35.4 billion, followed by IBM Corp. ($6.8 billion), W.W. Grainger Inc. ($4.64 billion), Corporate Express Inc. ($4.63 billion), CDW Corp. ($4.3 billion), Office Depot Inc. ($3.9 billion), Staples Inc. ($3.4 billion), Fisher Scientific International ($3.2 billion), Henry Schein Inc.
