Jennifer Leigh Brown, writing on Godfrey's B2B Insights Blog, says mobile looms large for b-to-b marketers, and that they must focus on both app development and mobile Web design. But just knowing the value of mobile marketing, and having appropriate tools in place, doesn't answer the question of how to start creating b-to-b experiences. Remember, says Brown, you aren't building a mobile tool for a particular device, but rather for a particular person.
