Bank of America awards Starcom its media account

Chicago—Bank of America announced that it has selected Starcom USA, a unit of Publicis, to manage its media strategy, planning and buying account, following a review that began in December. The account is estimated at more than $300 million.

Starcom will work with Bank of America’s other key agencies, including BBDO New York and Hill Holliday, Boston.
