Rochester, N.Y.--Bausch & Lomb launched a TV ad campaign March 17, marking the most ambitious advertising effort in the eye care company's 150-year history. The campaign, with a tagline of "Perfecting Vision. Enhancing Life," has a $20 million media budget. It is aimed at consumers and eye care professionals. Gotham Inc., part of Interpublic Group of Companies, developed the campaign.
