Austin, Texas—Social software company Bazaarvoice and consultancy Booz & Co. have partnered to provide Digital Customer Centricity Profiler, an online tool that helps companies assess how well they're doing at putting customers at the center of their business strategy. Digital Customer Centricity Profiler features an online survey that scores companies on their customer centricity and shows how they stack up to their competitors in this area. The service also gives companies an opportunity to identify ways to strengthen their digital programs and customer engagement platforms.
