BBDO Atlanta names Santiago senior VP-director of behavioral planning

Atlanta—BBDO Atlanta has hired Rich Santiago as senior VP-director of behavioral planning. Santiago was previously director-global insights and innovation at Brand USA, Washingon, D.C. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the agency's planning group. He succeeds Catrina McAuliffe, who left the agency in June to become senior partner-worldwide planning director at Ogilvy & Mather, Minneapolis.
