Minneapolis--BBDO Minneapolis announced the promotion of Denny Haley to exec VP-chief creative officer, and the addition of Mark Andeer as VP-group creative director. Haley was previously executive creative director at the agency. In his new position, he will oversee the development of advertising and integrated work for clients including Hormel Foods, RBC Dain Rauscher and Twin Cities United Way. Andeer was previously director at Lowe, New York. He will be responsible for the agency's creative work.
