BBDO names CEO

New York--BBDO Worldwide has named Andrew Robertson CEO, effective June 1. Robertson will continue in his position as president of BBDO Worldwide and CEO of BBDO North America.

He succeeds Allen Rosenshine, who will remain chairman of the BBDO Worldwide network.

Robertson has been with BBDO Worldwide since 1995 and previously served as CEO of AMV BBDO, London. He joined BBDO North America in 2001 as president-CEO and was elected to the worldwide board of directors. In 2002, he was named to the additional post of president, BBDO Worldwide.

Prior to joining BBDO, Robertson held management positions at Ogilvy, JWT and WCRS, all in London.
