BBDO New York, GE take top honors at 10th annual CEBA Awards

Sept. 30 New York—BBDO New York won the Grand CEBA Award for its General Electric Co. Ecomagination multimedia campaign at the 10th annual Creative Excellence in Business Advertising Awards Thursday evening. The GE campaign won for effectively using magazine, Internet and TV advertising.

A new award, the Trade Show Award, sponsored by Reed Exhibitions, went to Honeywell Security.

The VNU Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to Conde Nast Publications.

The Interactive Award, sponsored by, was given to OgilvyOne Worldwide for its IBM “Government” ad.
