Published on .

Boulder, Colo.--bCandid Corp. on Monday launched its Productbuzz Web-publishing unit, which will create product-oriented vertical-industry Web sites. On the sites, visitors will be able to access product information from manufacturers and distributors. The first site is for home medical equipment (www.homehealth.productbuzz.com). Productbuzz plans to create eight to 10 more vertical sites within the year. Subscribing vendors can list product and service information at no charge; they pay only on delivery of qualified leads, according to a statement issued by Productbuzz. Alan Stevens, a veteran publishing executive, heads Productbuzz.
