Benchmarketing Analytics to measure CRM programs

Fairfield, Conn.--Benchmarketing Analytics L.L.C., a CRM performance analysis company founded by research veterans Donald Holtz and Andrea Shantz, launches this week. The company provides customer database analysis and helps develop measurement models and marketing programs to optimize CRM programs. Holtz was previously exec VP-chief technology officer at Yankelovich Partners, and Shantz was VP-business manager for Yankelovich Partners' Monitor MindBase service.
