Bigfoot Interactive, New York, said Thursday it will release on April 15 an upgrade of its Interactive Relationship Manager, software used to manage direct marketing campaigns on the Internet. The new version essentially handles more e-mail than earlier versions. The upgrade also features links to a large number of customer-service databases, and a streamlined user interface for querying and reporting on the efficacy of campaigns. Bigfoot is partnered with information provider Acxiom Corp., which allows marketers to access census-level data about their Internet customers.
