Bizjournals employs Tacoda for targeting and management

New York—Bizjournals, the new media division of American City Business Journals, said it will use Tacoda’s Web-based Audience Management System for behavioral targeting and audience management for its 42 local business Web sites. Both local and national b-to-b advertisers will be able to use Tacoda’s technology. "Tacoda’s mission is to help publishers understand who is on their sites, sort audiences by traits important to advertisers and to deliver ad messages of high perceived value by site visitors," said Dave Morgan, CEO of Tacoda, in a statement.
