New York—Bloomberg unveiled an updated version of Bloomberg Professional service, the company's financial terminals used by more than 300,000 business and financial professionals. The company said more than 100,000 clients have already converted to Bloomberg NEXT, the updated service. Bloomberg has kicked off a campaign to convert the remaining users to the new service by the end of the year.
“Business and financial professionals need to synthesize astounding amounts of information to make intelligent investment decisions,” said Tom Secunda, Bloomberg vice chairman and head of the company's financial products and services division, in a statement. “We have redesigned the terminal to ensure that our clients get the best, fastest and most insightful answers.”
