BlueLithium agrees to buy AdRevolver

New York—BlueLithium, an online direct response network, announced it has agreed to acquire AdRevolver, an online ad serving technology company.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The companies said they expect the deal to close within two weeks.

BlueLithium has been a licensee of AdRevolver's technology; in the future, only BlueLithium network advertisers will have access to the technology, which includes targeting tools, tracking and analysis.
