Bluestem invests $5 million in CRM software maker Worldtrak

Sioux Falls, S.D.--Investment firm Bluestem Capital Partners II L.P. has invested $5 million in Worldtrak, a Minneapolis-based CRM software developer. Worldtrak will use the funds to increase its marketing and sales efforts, according to a statement. The company focuses on the b-to-b financial services and manufacturing marketplaces. The CRM market will expand from $5.42 billion in 1999 to $16.8 billion by 2003, according to AMR Research Inc., Boston.
