Rochester, N.Y.—BlueTie, a hosted e-mail and calendaring software company, announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Constant Contact, an e-mail marketing company, to embed Constant Contact’s e-mail product through a drop-down menu in the BlueTie in-box. That feature enables small and midsize businesses, BlueTie’s customer base, to create and launch e-mail marketing campaigns directly from the e-mail in-box.

BlueTie sealed partnership deals with Business.com, Mapquest and Orbitz in April. It is currently negotiating partnership agreements with blog publishing, Internet telephony and Web conferencing companies.
