At BMA annual conference: Strickland wins G.D. Crain Award

Las Vegas—Kirby Strickland, president of Strickland & Co. Advertising, Charlotte, N.C., and past chairman of the Business Marketing Association, was awarded the G.D. Crain Award Wednesday at the BMA annual conference.

The award, named after the founder of Crain Communications Inc., which publishes BtoB, recognizes career achievement in b-to-b marketing communications and exceptional service to the industry.

Strickland, who has been a BMA member since 1983, served as international chairman of the BMA in 2005-06. He has been in the b-to-b marketing industry for 27 years.
