BMA New York chapter honors UPS’ Bloomenkranz as Communicator of the Year

New York—The New York City chapter of the Business Marketing Association this week honored Larry Bloomenkranz, VP-global advertising and sponsorship at United Parcel Service of America, as its 2007 Communicator of the Year. The award was presented at a luncheon Tuesday as part of Advertising Week in New York.

The BMA Communicator of the Year award is given annually to recognize outstanding marketing communications professionals who have made a significant contribution to the b-to-b industry. Bloomenkranz oversaw the launch of UPS’ $35 million “Whiteboard” campaign in January.

The luncheon was sponsored by The Wall Street Journal.
