New York—The Business Marketing Association of New York City will present Morgan Stanley with its Communicator of the Year award.

The 48th annual presentation of the award will be made next Tuesday at Tavern on the Green during Advertising Week in New York. The financial services company is being recognized for its "World Wide" campaign, as well as its communications outreach during its acquisition this year of brokerage house Smith Barney.

Ramona G. Boston, Morgan Stanley managing director-financial marketing, is to accept the award. It will be presented by Marcy Shinder, VP-brand strategy and marketing for American Express OPEN, the recipient of last year's award.
