San Francisco—Bnet.com, a CBS Interactive Web site aimed at business executives, announced Wednesday two new editorial features addressing the weakening job market.

The features—“The Return of the Crummy Job” and “The New Rules for Dressing for Success”—offer articles and online videos, with advice on how to cope with the new workplace realities and decreasing job security.

“With the economy slowing down, people need to know how to deal with layoffs,” said Jeff Davis, executive editor of BNET. “Keeping your job or finding a new one are priorities right now for employees. And managers are trying to figure out how to keep up morale and share larger workloads.”
