BPA International creates consumer advisory board

Shelton, Conn.--Circulation auditing agency BPA International Thursday announced the creation of a consumer advisory board. Media owners, consumer marketers and advertising agencies--three key players in the discussions that resulted in the revamping of the century-old standards for reporting paid circulation--will be represented on the board. In July 2001 BPA created a consumer magazine audit team to focus solely on the organization's increasing consumer membership.
