Branded Media agrees to buy Executive Media Network

New York—Branded Media Corp., a branding agency, announced Friday it has agreed to acquire Executive Media Network, an outdoor advertising agency.

Branded Media said that integrating the two agencies’ capabilities would enable it to create "distinctive market opportunities" for its clients using multimedia platforms.

The deal is scheduled to close by Oct. 1. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Brian Pussilano, co-founder of Executive Media Network, will remain with the company after the deal closes.
