New York—Diversified media company Branded Media Corp. finalized its acquisition of Executive Media Network in an all-cash transaction. The purchase price was not disclosed. Executive Media Network distributes advertising displays in executive airline clubs. It currently has more than 400 advertising distribution points throughout the world in 138 airline clubs and first-class lounges, creating approximately 6.5 million impressions monthly. Its clients include BMW of North America, Merrill Lynch & Co., Pitney Bowes, AT&T Corp., IBM Corp., Diamond Trading Co. and Oracle.
