Minneapolis—Bridgz Marketing Group, a subsidiary of BI Worldwide, has formed a customer engagement group, which will offer clients services to help them engage with customers and prospects. The new group has 75 associates and is made up of marketing strategy services from Bridgz Marketing, as well as other disciplines from BI Worldwide, including experiential marketing, research and analytics, loyalty marketing, interactive promotions and partnership marketing. The group is led by Jim Bergeson, VP-customer engagement.
