app); application development: Accenture Why we liked it: Mobile apps and traditional print marketing materials communicate in different ways, but that's not to say that one can't be translated into the other. Accenture's iPad and iPhone apps take the consulting company's offline Outlook Journal
and make it interactive. Users can read the journal's pieces about relevant business and technology topics on the go; but they have the additional benefit of being able to bookmark articles, set preferences by industry or topic, share content by email or social media and download issues. Providing what a print magazine can't, the app also has diagnostic surveys and author interview videos.
