Burgess named publisher of ‘Hollywood Reporter’

By Published on .

New York—e5 Global Media announced Monday that it has named Lori Burgess as the new publisher of The Hollywood Reporter. Burgess had been publisher of OK! since 2008.

“Lori has an exceptional track record growing business and delivering results,” Richard Beckman, CEO of e5 Global Media, said in a statement. “This ability, combined with her entertainment and luxury marketing experience, make her the perfect person to helm The Hollywood Reporter.”

Burgess succeeds Eric Mika, who resigned last month.

e5 Global Media acquired The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and other properties last year from Nielsen Business Media, which is exiting the trade publishing business.
