Burns to replace Mulcahy as Xerox CEO

Norwalk, Conn.—Xerox Corp. announced Thursday that Anne Mulcahy, chairman-CEO, will retire as CEO, effective July 1. She will remain chairman.

Ursula Burns, current president of the company, will take over as CEO. Burns joined Xerox in 1980 as a mechanical engineering summer intern and was named president of the company in 2007.
