Burson-Marsteller unit, Helios Partners enter sports marketing relationship

Brussels—Burson-Marsteller, Belgium, a public relations firm, and Helios Partners, a sports marketing firm, announced an Olympics and sports marketing relationship.

Together, Burson-Marsteller and Helios Partners will focus on developing new business opportunities and relationships with Olympics sponsors and future bid cities around the world. The joint venture will be led by Jeremy Galbraith, CEO of Burson-Marsteller, Brussels; Terrence Burns, president-CEO of Helios Partners; and Frank Craighill, chairman of Helios Partners.

The Helios team will collaborate with Burson-Marsteller Asia Pacific in pursuit of opportunities related to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
