New York—Business Insider, the digital news and tech media brand run by former Wall Street analyst Henry Blodget, last week debuted its first international edition, Business Insider Australia, and announced plans for the creation of Business Insider India.
Both websites will be managed by partners with a local presence. In Australia, Business Insider is working with Allure Media. Business Insider India, set to roll out this summer, will be published in partnership with Times Internet, the digital arm of the Times of India Group.
“Given the demand for our style of coverage from various corners of the world, we're planning on announcing even more international editions of Business Insider,” Blodget, Business Insider founder and editor in chief said in a statement.
