In May, Bobit positioned his 51-year-old company as “the largest fleet media company in the world” with the acquisition of Newport Business Media's Heavy Duty Trucking, TruckingInfo.com, Heavy Duty Aftermarket Journal and Newport Poster Network. The deal expanded a portfolio that already included an extensive presence in the business, government, auto rental, school bus, motor coach and light truck fleet markets.
