‘BusinessWeek,’ CBS News announce editorial partnership

New York—McGraw-Hill Co.’s BusinessWeek and CBS News announced a partnership to collaborate on stories that will be broadcast on the “CBS Evening News With Katie Couric” and appear in the magazine, as well as on Web sites of both properties.

BusinessWeek and CBS News have produced five segments so far and plan to collaborate on more stories in 2009, according to the companies.

The special reports will be cross-promoted on the air, online and in print.

“The partnership with CBS is a natural extension of our editorial product, increasing BusinessWeek’s reach and providing the best possible reporting to our audience of business leaders,” said Stephen Adler, editor in chief of BusinessWeek.
