Philadelphia--BusinessWeek Online said it has selected Web advertising platform provider PointRoll Inc. to deliver rich media ads to promote the BusinessWeek 50 Special Issue, which ranks the top 50 companies of the S&P 500 index. The ads will run on the Yahoo! Network and give viewers the ability to check stocks of the top companies featured in the issue in real time. Meanwhile, BusinessWeek Online will be offering their advertisers PointRoll's Web-based software tools for designing and placing online ads as well as conducting transactions, capturing data and obtaining tracking reports.
